Hym "Since you love answering my questions so much. I've asked that one about a thousand time so it kind of looks like YOU get more out of not answering it than you do by not answering the question. I don't get anything out of you answering my other questions other than my curiosity being sated. Which is useless. They knew BEFORE all of this. They still know. And are still doing the thing. Spanglish dictionary word for being shutting up and being quiet. "Qiete" mean's "Quiet", and "Callate" mean's "Shut Up". Queita means both. Example: "Sit down and shut up. Be Quiet!"

Hym "That's actually a really good question! How do I avoid the paranoid? Hmm.... Either or thinking and being flexible (like water). It either is or it isn't. Quiet retiring

Quiet retiring is the same as quiet quitting except the individual is working towards retirement and they are tired of putting in all the extra work and getting nothing more or earning anything more. This fall for someone that’s within 1 to 5 years of retirement from there career and even possibly 10 years depending on their job and or age.

Person one: I’ve noticed Paul has been slowing now and just getting by with the workload.

Person two: Yeah, he’s quiet retiring now. He’s just a few years away from the gold watch.

The one word you shall never say within your shift at work, unless you are literally asking for hell on earth to break loose a.k.a. the busiest shift you have ever witnessed.

Emergency Operator Nr. 1: "Geez - nothing happened since 9:20pm ... looks like it's going to be a quiet night."
Emergency Operator Nr. 2" "No! Why did you do that? No one is ever allowed to say the word - are you crazy??"

- 5 Minutes later: All Hell breaks loose. (More calls, as they could ever handle, the roof catches on fire and the phones have an outage and one of them gets a call from his wife: the baby is coming and the other one gets a call from his wife: the house burned down.)
