Happiness Sponge

An individual with the ability to absorb any feelings of elatedness, ecstasy or pure happiness felt by others, and in turn is negatively approached. Usually applies to those dealing with peer pressure, the influence of bad television shows and bullying tendencies.

Alex was such a happiness sponge, as soon as he opened his mouth to speak, everyone began cutting themselves.
