Flog Goblin 

Derived from the terms "Flog" (Aussie slang) and "goblin", in this usage goblin is simply added to depict the person in question as displaying fiend and or crab like characteristics.

Generally the adage of Goblin to the already quite derogatory term "Flog" is reserved for the most disappointing individuals in the social group of the native Australian youths.
