Take care

Usually simply another way of saying bye. But in some cases, this word is said when for example cutting someone off, when talking to someone you really don't wanna hear from again, or telling someone you're taken or have moved on. In basic, it's another way of saying see you around or kick rocks.

It's the bye you say when you don't wanna f*ck with a certain person anymore.
I'm seeing your best friend now, and we're getting married in June. Take care!

P1: You're a police officer now?
P2: Yeah, been on the force for 8 years now.
P1: Never would have thought you the type, what with that incident back in the day...
P2: Riiiiight....take care.

Take It Easy... And If It's Easy Take It

Term coined by Tubbzeh, originally used as and when departing from a conversation, however given a sexual inference by the "and if it's easy take it". This part of the phrase suggests that if you get a chance of sex, you should take it, no questions asked. Not meant as a serious piece of advice however. Normally phrase would be completed and followed by a cheeky wink.
Friend: "Ok mate, see ya later"

take the piss out of someone

to let the air out of their balloon, to mock/make fun of them. Customarily, shortened to just take the piss.
From the movie Snatch:

"take the piss out of someone" is abbreviated to "take the piss"

Bullet Tooth Tony: Don't take the piss (i.e., out of me), Boris!

Boris: Fuck you!
