Beast Mode

The drunken state after tipsy and drunk but before hell mode. Beast mode is a level of drunk where you allow the alcohol to take full control of your decisions. Typically takes 15-20 units in very short space of time to enter, one must keep topping up their alcohol consumption to remain in beast mode.

A state of very slow progress where an individual procrastinates over a long period of time.

This is usually accompanied with lack of concentration as well as the inability to produce fast results.

Can be used in reference to an activity, event or person

(1) Fred: "I'm in slug mode with getting this assignment done"

(2) Jason: "I've been going to the gym for 3 months now and haven't been making any gains!! The fuck am i doing wrong?"

Aziz: "You're slackin' with the weights brah and eating shit food...in dat der slug-mode"
