Term used to describe unprofessionalism. Someone using profanity or vulgarity to ridicule or reprimand someone usually in a work environment. Synonymous with verbally "going off on someone".

"Joanie is usually good at handling complaints, but she went "after 5 o'clock" on that customer. I have never heard so many four letter words in a row."
