Bakal mentality is when a person dedicates his entire social life for bringing chaos and misery on his friends and/or acquaintances. Notable actions that often happen by this person include: opening up old wounds, making people who dislike or even hate each other talk to each other, referencing annoying ass pop culture references that are completely retarted and random acts of chaos just to see somone react.
