Wet Speghetti

(refering to the penis) When a male becomes so heavily intoxicated that his penis is not able to become erect. The penis therefore resembles limp "wet speghetti".

A man has about 15 beers and convinces a young woman to come to his cadillac. They both take off their clothes and are ready to engage in sexual activity. However, the guy cannot seem to get his penis hard. The man suffered from Wet Speghetti.
