The popular online term “Don’t Thai to me” have an exact definition but it boils down to “don’t lie to me” ,“don’t steal from me” or “don’t cheat on me” . This term can often be found during a heated conversation between an outsider and a Thai person where the outsider typically responds to the Thai person’s accusation by saying “don’t thai to me”. It's believed to have originated in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong in around 2013.
