The act of Joeying is a 4 step process:
Step 1: Fill bathtub with orbeezs
Step 2: Fill Rubber Gloves with said Orbeez (from step 1)
Step 3: Tie off rubber gloves, Glue on Googly eyes to the Outside of the glove
Step 4: place your new creation in random places around your city, to cause confusion and possibly incite Violence.
