shopping cart gridlock

When you are grocery shopping during the rush hour and you can't get through the aisle because there are too many carts in the way, can't back up either because other shoppers piled in behind you and nobody can move.

Haji Cart

Haji cart (ha-gee.cart) n. Any of the many food carts that are found on the street corners of virtually any major city throughout the world. Haji carts are operated and sometimes owned by dirty 'hajis' and sell overpriced, unsanitary food e.g. hot dogs, shishkabobs, pretzels, etc. The only time Haji cart food is decent is when the food is Halal -in which case the food has to be held to the standards of their own kind.

I got food poisoning from the haji cart!
