Get the To get Up'edmug. Noun: a sickness usually but not limited to the Aviation world. Get-There-itis is usually defined as disregard for any safety concerns because you are on a time crunch or in a hurry to get to your destination. Usually a pilot suffering from this will skip steps in the checklist, breach protocols, or do things in a haphazard way that may endanger the lives of everyone on board just to save a few minutes on the ground.
Person 1: You know there were a lot of factors at play in the crash of AF4590.
