When you hype up an outing event and people are hyped up to go but you last minute slam by flaking or changing your mind.

Hype it up and then Slam it down.

Long: Yoooo lets go eat at Sizzlers. Their food is the Delicious
Tann: When and what time?
Long: Tomorrow 5P.M.
Tann: Okay down!

Next Day:
Tann @ 12pm: Yo, you still down or nah?
Long: Nah I got something else to do.
Scott: LOL you got hyper slammed by Long
