Arronhalton, also know as "The Great Scammer from Hell" was one of the greatest scammers in the game RuneScape created by Jagex LTD.
He has scammed over 500 RuneScape accounts, and was the leader of the World's best scammer-group, Which I don't remember the name of right now.
He started to scam people because he got banned from the game and thought it was unfair, so he wanted revenge and started targetting random RuneScape-players.

.2) One who irrationally defends the inept and fascist program known as Steam.

.3) An apologist for control-freak behavior demonstrated by software developers under the ruse of providing better service...which, in fact, is never provided at all.

e.g. - A Valve codemonkey gets drunk and runs down a young mother pushing her newborn twins in a baby carriage...killing them all. An "arrowslinger" would define this as an act of self defense or, at worst, a mercy killing.
