The limbic system in the brain is the seat of many emotions: wildness, uninhibited sex, rage, cravings, addictions, happiness and more. It's an "older" part of the brain found in animals and humans

When the limbic system is activated, the person can turn into a real animal: hypersexual, raging, laughing, craving, just uninhibited and wild in general.

Jim was so pissed when that car T-boned him he went totally limbic and flattened the other driver.

Tina was really horny. I barely had the door closed when she went totally limbic and tried to rip my pants off.

tocn - totally oblivious computer nerd

A person who spends most of their pathetic life on the computer, spamming aimlessly on MSN, AIM, ICQ or some other chat program. They spend hours on end on it. But then when a simple task comes up like running a program, they have to ask you like a babbling idiot until you help them.
Even then they still seem to ask what you do even if you can't make it any clearer and you would have better luck explaining it to a deaf dog with herpes.

Ohemmeffgee help me ( name ) do I run or save this program???

Totally Legit

"Totally Legit", when used with air-quotes or equivalent, means "Not at all legitimate". For something to be "Totally Legit" it must be an exact copy or accurate facsimile of the original thing, however it is of irreputable origin. Also applies to stolen items and shady business transactions.

The literal meaning is obscured with subtle sarcasm. This is often used to convince friends to try something really stupid or get people to buy things.

"For Sale: Used Laptops. "Totally Legit" Windows 7 pre-installed. $200"

Fool: "Check out these bitchin' new Adidas kicks! I got them for $35! The salesman said they were Totally Legit too!"
You: "That says Adidos. With an 'o'. Adidos. Nice."
Fool: "Wha??? FFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUU..."

You: "Hey, there's that van that says "Free Candy"! Once, I climbed in the back and it was FULL of gobstoppers! (lie) You should totally check it out!"
Fool: "Are you sure? Looks kinda shady to me."
You: "Oh don't worry, it's "Totally Legit"!"
Fool: "Oh, well OK, I'll try it then..." <Gets abducted>
