9 and 3 quartered

verb. the term refers to the act of walking into a solid wall that was in plain view.
This term is taken from the platform number 9 3/4s which wizards run through in the harry potter series to get on the Hogwarts Express.
The act of "9 and 3 quartering" an object is often the result of being ridiculously and unreasonably stoned.

"Is Marisa gonna be alright? She ran into that wall pretty hard"

"Yeah, she 9 and 3 quartered that bugger."

Quarter-Cocked

(kwar-ter koked) Adj. An extension of Half-Cocked, which is acting on assumptions or partial information. A person who is Quarter-Cocked, is so idiotic that they act on STUPID assumptions based on information that doesn't even exist. Kind of like that friend that everyone knows that spouts off stupid remarks about people they don't even know.

Guy one: Dude, you hear that Paris Hilton got locked up?

Guy two: Hell Yeah! Doesn't she have a new sex tape out, "A Night In The Warden's Office"!

An obsession for state quarters that renders a sufferer incapable of spending a them. They must save every state quarter they come into contact with. Also known as QHD.

I just picked up 3 MN Quarters at Subways, maybe they will sell me some more. "Boy I could use a soda, but all I have is state quarters, water it is, damn that Quarter Hoarder Disorder."
