Pulling a Kelsie can be defined as being a complete uber bitch to someone, then just saying something cute and naive to try and get out of it.

Kelcie is a wire haired fox terrier mixed puppy who lives in Walnut Creek California. She is usually sleeping, but she also likes to play! She is fluffy and she loves belly rubs. Whenever you try to chase her, she will lie down and ask for belly rubs. She doesnt like to be alone, and she also barks loudly in a low voice, and cries loudly in a soft voice. She likes to jump on people and lick you too, also if there is something soft around her, she will dig her head around in it. If you find one, bring it home because you just found this rare species of the kelcie punkin scruffletin!🐕💨

kelsies are the prettiest girls around. They’re funny, kind, and fun. But when it comes to loyalty, it’s not usually their strong suit. They can mess with your mind, and that can hurt.
