A combination of the phrases "Take it easy" and "Keep it real." Literally meaning "Keep it easy." Through extended use and change over time it has become "ebonicized" to the modern form: kapezy. Variations include "kapez," "kepezy," and "kapitez."

Used in response to someone that tells a story that isn't interesting, or holds little value to the audience. Also used when a story ends earlier than expected or is much less interesting than the build-up suggested.

Person 1: "Oh my gosh, so, this one time, I put a dollar in the vending machine and it ate my dollar... I didn't get any snacks"
Person 2: (after a pause) "Kaiser Roll"
