A word used in a situation where someone says something that is pedophile-like and perverted at the same time. Family Guy's own Herbert the Pervert was an inspiration in the creation of this word.

Bigan- "Mmmmm I'd like to drug him up with Tylenol and put him in my van and trade him for candy."
