Caerau

Sub-district of Cardiff (Chavdiff), South Wales.
Famed for it's drug dealing, joy riding, thuggery and tracksuit wearing white teenagers trying to talk "all Jamaican an' that ini?"
Neighboured with Ely, Caerau is one giant rough-hole council estate to the west of Cardiff, inhabited on the whole by dole scrounging part time thieves and gangsta wannabes.
Hotspots include Caerau Lane, Bromley Drive and Bishopston Road. Respect and tings, safe!

cage gap

Unlike the mythical "wage gap," the cage gap refers to the fact that males are sentenced to roughly 60% longer sentences than females for the same crimes. All things being equal, males receive more harsh penalties for crimes than females. Cage Gap is the term used to reference the gender inequalities that exist in the US criminal justice system.

a person who can't resist spewing any sort of drivel when a camera is close by, including bloated self-importance, blatant self aggrandizement, and of course an obvious lack of command of syntax or communication skills.

Every Michael Jackson news report, where his "friends", the camera maggots, have to make a statement. Any other untimely celebrity death where a large number of camera maggots come creeping out of the woodwork.
