He usually casts Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, Bill Hader, and Jonah Hill. 90% of the scripts are improve with a bunch of pop culture references and sex jokes. He also writes stupid (yet still funny) comedies such as Walk Hard.
