Chest Tuesday

The mandatory day for training your chest, no other muscle groups can be trained on this day. Each new Tuesday is a source of inspiration for gym people, no one has trouble getting motivated for Chest Tuesday. It is the best day of the week, many egos are made and crushed on Chest Tuesday. It is also pleasing to hear because it rhymes so well. Often followed later in the week by Serratus Saturday.

bluesday tuesday

A weekly occurrence meant to be celebrated on Wednesdays only. Participants must dress in outfits that are either fully or mostly blue in color. Though it is named after a Tuesday, the event occurs on a Wednesday to acknowledge the accomplishment of making it half way through the week, and thus surviving the beginning-of-the-week-blues that are typically associated with a Tuesday.

I think I will treat myself to the comfort of my favorite sweater and jeans on bluesday tuesday. That way, the week will become just a little bit more bearable...
