A phrase coined by Will Smith, specifically used in the now most hated YouTube video ever, "YouTube Rewind 2018". The phrase can be used to reference the video to in itself be used as a humorous joke. The phrase itself is also a troll on the video altogether.

A suffix to be applied to the answer whenever a member of the opposite sex asks you the time and it falls on the hour. As in 9 o'clock, time for cock.
