Pronounced like local only with an S instead of an L, not like Hollister's So Cal.

A symptom of inability by Democrat, Republican, and Independent to come to agreement about what is best for the American people rather than what will line their own evil pockets. 3. The result of continued "non-solution" governing by current established politicians with ties to special interest groups, lobbyists, corporate sponsors etc...

Our government leaders worked hard at not working together to cause the socapitaclysm we find ourselves in.

SoCal Seasonal Schadenfreude
