Slack day comes every April 27th. It is a day in which managers get to sit on their asses all day with no repercussions from ownership. Manager typically gets his jollys as he watches his work get done by someone being paid half as much,also see philing it

Owner:Well I'm gonna go crack the whip on those bitches.

Slack-Attack 

The act of purposefully slacking off on an activity (homework, practice, working out, cleaning, etc.) by not completing the activity in its entirety or taking extreme short cuts to avoid having to work hard or spend a considerable amount of time on the activity.

I'm definitely going to slack-attack my workout this afternoon. I'm only going to ride a bike for 30 minutes and just forget about that 2 mile run and lift that I am supposed to do..
