Totalitarian States often fail because of the Commutative Property of the Peter Parker Principle.

As the responsibilities of the State inevitably increase, so too must its centralization of powers. Since power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, it is inevitable for a Totalitarian State to eventually become an Authoritarian one. Under this same principle, it is inevitable for an Authoritarian State to eventually become a Tyrannical one. A Tyrannical State intrinsically produces dissidents, whom fight the State until death or dissolution.

Now you might be thinking if you watch porn with two people of the opposite gender then you're at 0%, but what they are doing is gay which means you're watching gay porn. Watching GAY porn is in fact, GAY. Now, if you were to watch porn between someone of the opposite gender and a transvestite, half man half woman, then you share only 25% of what's going on in that porno which means you are 75% less gay. That's the transitive property

A person who has an investment property is someone who is in a relationship with someone who is undergoing a huge make over/glow up. The investor enters a relationship with someone that is below a 10/10 in the hopes of their partner eventually transforming into a 10. Hence why they are investing into the relationship market while the demand for their target is low
