Making an unnecessary and time consuming bowel movement in order to postpone some other more important activity. This is usually accompanied by another distraction, such as reading a book or using a mobile phone, even after the deposit has been made and the paperwork is complete. a.k.a. Dumping delay.

I'll start my homework after I take a relaxing procrastinashit.

Pre-procrastinate

Pre-procrastinate is when you are already planning to procrastinate in the future.

When you finish work on Friday and you plan to not get off the couch until Sunday night. You preprocessed the weekend duties.

Me - Hey bitch wanna go out

You- Na I don’t have any clean clothes.

Me - That’s ok Pre-procrastinate laundry until Sunday and borrow from Susie.

You- Brilliant.
