Contrary to popular opinion, it obviously has no basis for humor or parody, and should be deemed a racial epithet because it's a blatant mockery of the iconic rap artist Tupac Shakur's 1993 album, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. which contains tracks emphasizing the deceased artists political and social views. How dare they?!! This shameless attempt to lampoon the album was discussed at the prestigious University of Iowa's 2007 Obermann Center for Advanced Studies Symposium on Obscenity during a panel aptly titled "The N-Word."
