Normal sentence: "Ja. Jeg er homse."
or "Du vet, han dær homsen nede på Rimi"

Bad sentence: " Stikk av! Jævla homse faen!" Or "Homser hører ikke hjemme hær! Drep han!

Someone who is a total jerkface. Someone who is so totally full of themselves, that even THEY know it. Basically, just a blubbering bafoon. Can also be used as a term of endearment amongst close bros.
