first syndrome

When a person (usually girls) stay with the first person they ever fell in love with, despite the other person treating them like crap. The more first times they had with the person, the worse the condition is likely to be. eg. If he was her first kiss, first time & first boyfriend etc...

First Pussy Syndrome(FPS)

A condition which occurs with young males after they've had their first sexual intercourse with a particular woman and they become overattached with their first pussy. The condition often comes with feelings of extreme desperation and thoughts that he will never find a better one. FPS is often assoctiated with denial of common sense. Other related symptomes are: crying over the phone, stalking the pussy on social networks, loss of all self respect, etc.

the first and the third

The term "the first and the third" refers to the two days of the month on which individuals receiving government financial assistance get their funds. On these days, some low-income and government housing projects prohibit their residents from receiving visitors so that the funds are not mismanaged. Generally, the term refers to the distribution of federal aid money (and not the other negative connotation).

Examples in pop-culture:
