A mix between the words dungeon master and masturbating. This is used in a game of Dungeons and Dragons when the dungeon master kills the party with a powerful monster then creates a powerful NPC to kill that monster. The dungeon master is essentially playing with himself.

After he killed the party, our new dungeon master began dungeon masturbating with his new NPCs.
