Perception Genocide

The gradual destruction of one’s ability to see or feel things authentically, usually caused by overstimulation, comparison, and the constant hunger for “more.” A silent collapse of real experience—where meaning is replaced with desire, and clarity with noise.
After scrolling through curated lives and filtered truths all day, I couldn’t even enjoy the sunset. It’s like I’ve gone through perception genocide.

Percussion Wave

A genre or subgenre of music that emphasizes percussion as the primary focus, often elevating drums from a background rhythmic role to a lead melodic or emotional driver. Tracks in this style use aggressive, experimental, or unconventional drum patterns—often with glitchy, distorted, or high-intensity textures. It’s less about traditional melodies and more about impact, rhythm, and raw sonic energy.

Percussion Wave tracks can be found across hyperpop, experimental rap, trap, breakcore, and even ambient—if the drums are doing the talking, it qualifies. The genre often leans on techniques like the Machine Gun Kickwave, chaotic hi-hat runs, distorted snares, and unorthodox time signatures.

Coined by artist and producer Some Rando on YouTube (handle: @SomeRandoOfficial) in 2025, it emerged as a descriptor for a new wave of beat-making where percussion is king.
This track ain’t even got a melody—it’s just pure Percussion Wave. The kicks got more plot than a Netflix drama.

Perceis

“Woman of God” or “Beloved servant of the Lord”.

Perceis is a unique, faith-rooted name symbolizing strength, grace, and devotion.

Biblical Background: The name Persis appears in Romans 16:12, where the Apostle Paul refers to her as “beloved” and commends her for her hard work in the Lord. While some interpret Persis to mean “Persian woman,” her faithful service has led many to associate the name with spiritual meaning, such as “beloved woman of God” or “servant of God.”

Perceis offers a modern, elegant take on Persis, carrying a deeply God-honoring message layered into its meaning.
“Perceis has such a calm and graceful presence — it’s like she was born to lead with compassion.”

perchance

Perhaps; maybe; possibly.

Frequently associated with the response "you can't just say perchance" due to a comedic paper submitted by a student titled "Mario: The Man, the Myth, the Legend" wherein "perchance" solely comprises a sentence. The person reading the report responds by writing "you can't just say perchance."
A: Is C an evil man? Perchance.

B: You can't just say "perchance."

Percy Jackson’s objectively attractive. ... From descriptions, you can gather that Jason is handsome, but I don't remember specific moments where he was openly described as good-looking by somebody else, other than maybe Piper."
