Patholighting

A vicious form of gaslighting that involves pathologizing the other person—labeling their thoughts, feelings, or behaviors as symptoms of mental illness, thereby dismissing everything they say without engaging with its content. Patholighting happens when you express a legitimate concern and are told you're "being paranoid," when you disagree with someone and are told you're "delusional," or when you question authority and are told you're "schizophrenic." The goal is to make you doubt not just your perception of reality, but your own sanity. Once you've been pathologized, nothing you say matters—it's just the illness talking. Patholighting is especially common in online arguments, where "touch grass," "seek help," and "you're clearly mentally ill" serve as conversation-enders that require no engagement with the actual argument.

Example: "She pointed out logical flaws in his argument, and he patholighted her immediately. 'You're so obsessed with this,' he said. 'It's not normal. You might have some kind of disorder.' Her points remained unaddressed, her logic unanswered, but now she was also worried that maybe she was too invested. Pathobait

A form of baiting based entirely on Patholighting—gaslighting someone about their own mental state, psychological health, or cognitive functioning. The Pathobaiter doesn't just disagree; they convince the target that their own mind is unreliable, that their perceptions are distorted, that their reactions are pathological. "You're overreacting," "That's not what happened, you're misremembering," "You're being paranoid," "Your trauma is making you see things that aren't there." The goal is to destabilize, to make the target doubt their own reality, to position the baiter as the sane one and the target as the broken one. Pathobait is gaslighting with a clinical veneer, manipulation masquerading as concern, control dressed as care.

"I confronted someone about a pattern of hurtful behavior. Pathobait response: 'I think your childhood trauma is making you see hostility where there isn't any. You're projecting your father issues onto me. Have you considered that your emotional reactions aren't based on reality?' They didn't address my concerns—they pathologized them. My valid feelings became evidence of my brokenness. That's Pathobait—your mind against you, weaponized."

Panchodism

Panchodism is when a group of Punjabi, Sikh males between the ages of 20 and 40 are making nuisance in public in Canada. Or acting dishonest, because that's what panchodes are best at. Because of the sikh punjabi culture promoting panchodism so much, it has become a term to refer to any group of males that cause ruckus in public.

The term was coined when Canadians got fed up of panchodism in their cities from the fake visa students and other village cultures ruined Canada's peaceful and high trust society.
