Gen z is usually refered to the generation of people that are lazy and sensitive to everything. The people who say this are most likely millennials that are more sensitive and try to "get hip with the kids", failing miserably and spending their time on urban dictionary because they are angry little pussies that don't know how to grow up.
The reason why Gen z is lazy can't take a fucking joke is because most of them are either burnt out from school or phone addicted little pricks.
