"Pootis" is a quote from the Heavy, from Valve's free-to-play Team Fortress 2 game. The original quote by said Heavy is "Put dispenser here". However, due to his accent, it appears to sound like he is saying "Pootis spencer here". Therefore, people have grabbed the word "Pootis" from this, thus creating an internet meme.

Society is comprised of a large number of pop culture groupies who listen to music and watch movies that are mediocre because it is poplar amongst their peers. Men are even starting to blur gender boundaries by wearing pink because they see celebrities do it on television.

While the definition of politics states, "the art or science concerned with guiding or influencing governmental policy, m-w.com", American Politics is where elected officials debate unrealistic and unreasonable proposals in order to pander to their base and get re-elected.

American Politics is why that gay marriage amendment has no chance in hell of being ratified.

Because of the intricacies (difficult to resolve or analyze, m-w.com) of American Politics, democrats are responding to that bullshit proposal with a rediculously short pull-out deadline.
