The sweetest most genuine guy you will ever meet. If he likes you he will make you feel like the best person in the world. His hugs are the warmest things you’ll ever feel. His arms wrap around you and you feel safe. He won’t tell you how he feels because he’s scared of rejection but flirts with you all the time to make sure you know he likes you.
Carter is the type of guy who’s good with kids, athletic, an ambivert, chill, and kind. He knows how to make you smile even on your worst days. His smile is so cute that everyone falls in love with him, even our rival school. He makes his voice deeper if he likes you just to sound cool but it’s cute knowing he’s trying. He was the favorite freshman as you can tell because he’s fun to hang around. If you have this boy in your life keep him as long as you can’t because he will do the same for you.
When I say he’s sweet I’m not saying “oh yeah he’ll look at you and smile” even though he does do that but I’m saying he’ll come up to you and be like “I like your outfit today” and he’ll give you random hugs, he’ll compliment you on your baking skills. He genuinely wants to put a smile on your face. If your mad he can tell and when your happy he can tell. He’ll text me to see if I’m okay and if he did something wrong. Which he usually doesn’t do anything wrong. Love you carter 💕

He lacked the ability to work with Congress - even members of his own party - Democratic - couldn't work with him. Apparently, he antagonized many members of congress with his preachy & pious attitude.
Senator Edward M. Kennedy's 1980 presidential race against an incumbent Democratic president served notice of the discontent that many rank & file Democrats had for President Carter.
History will view the Carter presidency as below average in terms of the presidential rankings of presidential achievement & performance.
As a former president, Jimmy Carter has done many many good things - in fact, he has been a far better former president than he was as president. His humanitarian projects have been superb - he deserves much credit & respect for his post-presidential work. In many ways, Jimmy Carter has - with much success - defined a first class extremely productive post presidency.
Jimmy Carter is a very honorable, decent and kind human being -- he was perhaps too kind & gentle for the rough & tumble world of presidential politics.
It was an honor to see President Carter receive the Nobel Peace Price - a well deserved honor for all of his humanitarian work.
