A shifter is a person who suddenly changes the vibe of a conversation or place. The shift can be dimensional on different levels.

Usually shifters are obvious to spot, but sometimes there can be some lowkey shifters.

shifting

shifting; a practice in which you move your subconscious onto another parallel reality. It is as if your soul — but you're technically still there — carries itself into another person in your 'desired reality'. the practice had been around long, even connected to religion.

there is no proof of this being real — however, many have claimed to do this practice. there are CIA documents regarding shifting, even.

and for you anti-shifters who cannot tell the difference between 'lucid dreaming' and 'shifting', lucid dreaming is just being aware you are in a dream and being able to control that dream. and for shifting, it is changing your entire mindset to move your subconscious into another reality, and it is way more realistic and vivid.

anti-shifter: you can't shift, that's just lucid dreaming you idiot.

Shift Locker

A person who constantly has to use shift lock in Roblox. They twist and spin around people's avatars to get a good look at them, hump people's avatars on a daily basis, and when someone says something "shocking" in the chat (which most of the time it isn't), these shift lockers twist around instantly at the person who said it, acting like what they said was a big deal. It is the dorkiest thing to watch, and if you want to see it for yourself, join these Roblox games they cultivate in: Rate My Avatar, Public Bathroom Simulator, and White Room. There is a 90% chance you will see this happen or it will happen to you.

Person 1: "Erm... heh, imma touch you!"
Person 2: *Instantly faces Person 1, acting all shocked at a commonly repeated and incredibly annoying phrase.*
Person 1: "You fell for my trap, now the entire Gamer League will frown down upon you as the shift locker you are."
Person 2: "NO!!!!!!!!!!"
