Twat lamps are bright lights on a car (usually located under the headlights) that are turned on to signal to other road users that the occupant has difficulty applying a strict interpretation of traffic laws. Very occasionally also used for extra visibility during fog.

Noun. An individual who is incredibly immature and/or spoiled. Someone who is arragant and bashful when they lack skills to back up their claims. Typically small in size and bad tempered. Recognizable for his/her annoyance to others around them. May lack self control and social awareness of one's self. Mostly looked down upon by others but is occasionally kissed up to by some mislead people.

Friend 1: "Do you know that annoying little kid Joe?"

Friend 2: "Oh yeah, he's such a twat."
