the state of no purpose, being random, having grape fights and chickens congregating in your yard at the same time. the only way you can have randomocracy is if your not trying.

when randomocracy occurs, you are usually doing something with one of your closest, most akwardest friends. you will probably be doing something with food that will turn out badly or something random will happen. so you will ask youself "randomocracy"? and the answer will probably be most deffinately, yes.

(Noun/verb)
A person (or memory of a person) who is so famous in your organization or community, his/her name envokes a chorus of angels. Mention of his/her name brings men to remove thier hats and any request attached to his/her name is completed immediately. (Often no one really understands or can give a clear answer on why the remembered person is so great)

Crowd: That's the worst idea ever, we'll never go along with it!

Crowd: (angels singing, men remove hats) Clay Walker! We'll do it!

Randolf itch

Refers to a sudden intense itchy feeling of one's asshole while walking on the busy Randolf Street in downtown Chicago, IL. Due to the fact that the individual is surrounded by people, it is impossible to scratch without being embarassed, thus causing a considerable amount of pain and anguish as they walk down the street.
