Referring to the left breast of a female; the left breast is often interpreted to be inferior the right breast. Comparisons are often derogatory. It can be also used as an alternative to "I don't give a crap" or "I don't give a shit".

Leftick

Leftick : Left (n.) A reversed, or mirror image of a normal tick mark. A reversed check mark, mirrored. A natural motion for left-handers.

Essentially a mirrored image of a tick mark that is better suited for a left-hander. A tick mark is a natural motion for a right-hander, but equally, a leftick is a natural motion for a left-hander.
