Placing your pointer finger and thumb together in the "okay" position, then placing it below your belt is the internationally recognized gesture for "I'm hungry. Do you have a bowl of Cheerios I can eat?"

Two hands below the belt indicate a desire for Froot Loops instead.

Foreigner: *Hands me a bowl of Multigrain Cheerios*
Me: Thank you

full circle stranger

The act of sitting on your hand (see stranger) and jacking someone else off with it. Normally done in a large group or circle where everyone jacks the person to the right of them off. Its not considered gay because you cannot feel your hand.

Bill, Brad, and JT came over and we had a full circle stranger going on.

A phrase that seems to make no sense by adding a thought then substracting that thought right back but when pondered it actually did have a meaning. Sports players, comedians, and country musicians are most often heard making full circle phrases.
