Do not call someone 'dude' in South Africa.

A homosexual activity place where dudes wearing only ass-less chaps walk on all fours and prance around like animals. they are usually accompanied by another scantily clad dude who rides said males and usually whips them while yelling "ride 'em cowboy!"

informal way of referring to males. Almost the equivalent to bloke. It's usally used by surfers,skaters, and stoners ( pretty much any young white guy)but it can also be used as an exclamation word.

Dude #1: "That dude over there stole my bike!"
Dude #2: "Duuuude! that sucks dude..."
