A girl who goes around stealing people's boyfriends. A zangfrot is usually short, skinny, and self-consious. Signs of a zangfrot are girls who are not very popular but attempt to be on many guys, who have girlfriends, at once.

Joe: Hey why'd you and Kev breakup!?
Zoe: That little zangfrot came around and took him!
