Walnut Hills High School

Ohio’s #1 public school. The test scores are high but that just means the students are lucky. Walnut Hills is a very streeful school with a test everyday and 6 projects and lots of everyday homework. A school that you come to terms with depression and you also are best friends with being sleep deprived. The teachers assign lots of work and the students are very competitive. The administration is very clueless when it comes to what students do.

At Walnut you feel as if everyone is in the same ballpark as you, even if you don’t know the names of the people, including upper class men. It’s as if the students are their own club and we all come together to somehow survive the school year. There are 3,000 students at the school and it still feels like a bond. If you come to school wearing sweatpants your classmates don’t care bc they understand the struggles you are going through. We do not socialize on the weekends because we will be sleeping or studying. Therefore, our socializing happens in school. Also the kids are fit because we don’t have enough time to eat lunch.

Walnut Creek

A town about 25 minutes away from San Francisco, and 15 from Oakland and Berkeley. People from all around the bay area come to Walnut Creek to shop in Broadway Plaza which is filled with stores too expensive for any normal person to shop at. For the locals, it's extremely boring, so they result to getting drunk and high every weekend. and hang out at the "blocks" out in front of the movie theater in downtown. The two high schools are Las Lomas and Northgate. They are rival schools and if you mix the two together it would become deadly. Las Lomas is full of ugly guys and pretty girls, all extremely rich. It's about 60% white, 15% asian, 10% Persian, 10% mexican, and 5% black. Northgate is full of wanna-be ghetto stoners. the girls are all really ugy and wear too much makeup. the guys are hot, but complete douche bags. if i had to choose, i'd choose Las Lomas. athletics are better, and if you go to Las Lomas, you're more likely to succeed.

Walnut Creek
