This is a Canadian expression based upon the prime minister denying the population's opinion in order to gain reach of power. In short, it basically means demonizing someone's opinion in order to deny it for one's advantage.

Trudeauism just sounds like another watered-down version of fascism and socialism disguised as liberalism.
