A dirty little child.

Someone who has deflated pools, tires and indoor furniture in their yard. These kids play in the garbage and drink puddle water for fun.

Coronavirus job snatching

When the government tries to shut down any business that resists the government, and tries to force anybody who works there out of a job.

The governments are already coronavirus job snatching in some states as they begin to reopen. That won't help with the high unemployment rate.
