A Idiom used to express ones dissatisfaction with facing something that is inevitable. Short hand for the Metaphorical expression: (to be like) two scroat goats locked in a barn with nothing to do but bone.

Both the idiom and the metaphorical expression originated from the class of 2015 at a derp school near Atlanta,GA

Idiom:
White suburban kid#1: Ready for finals?
White suburban kid#2: No, I didn't study. Two scroat goats.

Metaphorical expression:
White suburban kid#1: Ready for finals?
White suburban kid#2: No, I didn't study.
White suburban kid#1: Gee, I guess you and that final are like two scroat goats locked in a barn with nothing to do but bone, huh.

The term defining the act of scratching the scrotum sack for the purpose of relief. The prominent time of day of scroatching is just after waking up when the scrotum is sweaty and itchy. However, times can vary.

This morning I woke up and had to scroatch myself good. It did the trick!

My baby rolled over and gave me a scroatch for good luck!
