Protocol "YOLO" Started as an inside joke on a Youtube Livestream from "TheRealCaw", Here after referenced as "Caw". Caw pledged to add Protocol "YOLO" to the NSA's security levels if he ever becomes president.
This is the current concept of Protocol "YOLO" written by Duncan van Vliet.

Protocol 10

Protocol 10 is a fictional procedure used in the events of a mass jailbreak that occurred in a highly protected prison meant to contain the most dangerous subjects that could pose a serious threat to society, it is an extreme measure that involves terminating every and any single last inmate inside of the facility. If Protocol 10 should fail, Protocol 11 is to be initiated as soon as possible by any means necessary.

Guard: it appears that nearly all of the inmates have escaped their containment cells due to a malfunction, some of them are armed, the security cameras have shown that they have killed quite a few of our guards. As we are now they are too numerous to repel.
