A dapper black man. Usually dresses better than a majority of the idiots around him. Unfortunately he likes to instigate situations because of his daddy issues. When it comes to work, he will be great at what he does but his quality ends up getting him in trouble, often times terminated. Don't confuse a Marcel to be intimidating, he is usually as soft as a pillow and most times sounds like a kitten begging for milk. Marcel will snitch on you in a heartbeat to save what little chin hairs are left.
