Giggalous Galungo

Some weird-ass page I found on KnowYourMeme. Not sure what it is or why someone's trying to make it a meme but I just had to make a page for him on this website, seeing as an Urban Dictionary page was referenced for it.

"Giggalous Galungo is a weird guy who likes to say "When I hit stairs, I get Gumongus!" He was seen with Baldi" - the page itself. This is literally all the text that's there.
